(POSTPONED DECEMBER 4, 2019)

  9. Case #20-003, Jeffrey Roselli, Petitioner, Requesting: Two (2) total variances; 1) A 5.3 foot front yard setback variance and, 2) A 32.5 foot rear yard setback variance, both from Section 4.06(D), Table 4.06 in order to construct an addition to a home, 6510 Northview Dr., Parcel #08-20-276-011, R-1A Single Family Residential.
