Keith Robert Wharry, of Clarkston, formerly of Waterford, passed away unexpectedly on May 29, 2022 of natural causes at the age of 63.
Husband of Jill, father of Nick (Tiffani) Wharry, Aaron Wharry, and Andrea (Allison Waanders) Wharry, stepfather of Johnny Robinette and Jamie Shore, son of Judy Livingston, brother of Michelle Wellington, Eric (Andrea) Livingston, and the late Michael Wharry, grandpa “Bumpa” of Declan, Rowan, Jameson, Kenzie, Zachary, Chloe, and Gavin, uncle of Ryan, Saige, Simone, Santana, Samara, Emmett, and Nolan, brother-in-law of Larry (Doris) Troxell, the late Sharon Barcome, Bonnie Troxell, and Sandy Quinn. Preceded in death by his first wife Cindy and his father Teddy (Judy) Wharry.
He will be missed by his cat Luna.
Keith graduated from Waterford Township High School in 1977 and retired from Pontiac Truck & Bus.
A “sports nut,” Keith spent much time coaching and being a referee of many sports: baseball, softball, lacrosse, and football. He enjoyed golfing, fantasy sports, swimming in the pool, traveling on cruises, and playing video games, especially Fortnite.
Keith had a playful sense of humor who had a reputation for making a song out of anything and a good, spirited sarcasm.
Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Wednesday, June 1 from 1-5 p.m. A celebration of life service will be held at 5 p.m. Masks requested.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
