The Downtown Oxford Side Walk Sales are scheduled for this weekend, Friday and Saturday, July 16-17, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Come down and visit while your local businesses serve up savings for all.
In addition to some great cost-cutting, visitors should make a stop in Centennial Park to enjoy all the fun activities. On Friday, the Oxford Community Development Authority is sponsoring a Moonwalk in the Park. On Saturday from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., the Metamora Canine Academy is sponsoring a live radio broadcast by Radio X Rock 103.1 FM featuring Maggie Meadows with Lunch Express.
Also during this time, visitors to the park can register to win an ‘Extreme Doggie Makeover Package? from the Metamora Canine Academy and Happy Hound. The package includes six 1-hour training sessions, a leash and collar set, dog toys, biscuits, three baths and brushes – a package totalling over $350!
