Roll Call: Sabol, Marsh, Kneisc, Haven, Mayor Luginski, Avery, Catallo. All Present
Resolution for Municode. Motion by Sabol, Supported by Avery to Table item until next meeting 03/28/2016. Motion Carried.
Moved by Catallo, Supported by Haven to amend the General Fund 101 FY 16.Budget by increasing revenue in the amount of $25,908. and increasing expenditures in the amount of $23,775. A change to the Fund Balance will result in an increase of $2,133. Resolution is adopted.
Moved by Catallo, Supported by Sabol to declare April to be Child Abuse Prevention Awareness Month. Resolution is adopted.
Mike Sabol discussed the meeting on February 22, 2016. There was an article in the Clarkston News that stated the February 22, 2016 meeting was an illegal closed meeting. It was in fact legal and in compliance with the open meetings act.
Motion by Haven, Supported by Sabol to waive fines for the tickets this last big snowfall, Wednesday 02/24/2016. 4 No. 3 Yes Haven, Kneisc, Catallo, Motion was defeated. Motion by Catallo, Supported by Haven to change the fine this snowfall of 02/24/2016 to $75.00. 4 No 3 Yes Haven, Kneisc, Catallo, Motion was defeated.
Motion by Sabol, Supported by Marsh to Adjourn the Meeting at 8:53. All Aye Motion Carried.
