Sincere thanks to Pat Kittle, Andrea Schroeder and others who helped to bury the ridiculous Regional Transit scheme that would not benefit my family or anyone I know.
When this monstrosity is resurrected again, drive a stake through its heart! If employers want a transit system for southeastern Michigan, they should create their own system and pay for it.
Don Rush, you, and the Clarkston News staff do a superior job of keeping the community informed about important issues. The rip off Regional Transit bills are a perfect example of an issue we would never have heard about were it not for Mr. Kittle and your paper.
