Last week, the city announced that councilpersons David Marsh and Scott Reynolds will be resigning in June.
Both will be moving out of the city for unrelated reasons and therefore, must resign from their council positions.
Because both Marsh and Reynolds are in the first year of a two-year term, the mayor and council will appoint temporary replacements until November, when elected replacements will fill the seats.
If you or someone you know is a Clarkston resident and would be interested in a council position, contact Mayor Eric Haven, an existing councilperson, or the city office.
