Corvettes America, Everest Academy, Saturday, August 14, from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., rain or shine, 5935 Clarkston Road, Exit 89 off 1-75, north on Sashabaw Road, west on Clarkston Road. There will be a 50/50 drawing, a silent auction booth, DJ, music, food choices, automotive vendors and much more. Proceeds from the silent auction are donated to Clarkston SCAMP, a charitable organization dedicated to serving children and young adults with special needs. Spectator entrance fee is $10 per vehicle. Numerous Corvette after-market products will be offered by leading Corvette suppliers along with other automotive­ related businesses displaying various products and services. The all-volunteer effort is staged by members of America’s Corvette Club of Michigan and sponsored by Bowman Chevrolet of Clarkston.
