Several Lake Orion High School athletes were named to their sport’s All-State teams for their performances this spring.
In baseball, junior pitcher Josh Deeg, who went 9-0 on the season, and senior infielder Joe Barnes, a four-year varsity player, were named to the Division I First Team, as voted on by the Coaches Association.
Coach Andy Schramek was named Coach of the Year in Division I, after his team captured their first state title less than two weeks ago.
In golf, seniors Britney Hamilton and Darby Peters were named to the Division I First Team. The duo tied for fifth at the state meet and helped Lake Orion win the Division I title by 21 strokes over Grand Blanc earlier this month.
In soccer, senior Jenna Hill was named to the Division I Second Team. It was the second year in a row that Hill was named to the Second Team.
