A 19-year-old Crediton man was injured on June 19 while he was riding his dirt bike on a piece of property near Indianwood Road.
According to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Department, the man was injured while attempting to perform a ‘wheely? on his dirt bike. He lost control and fell, possibly breaking his lower left leg.
According to the OCSD report, a 34-year-old Crediton man, who is the site supervisor for the developing property where the accident occurred, south of Indianwood near Pine Lake Lane, called the Orion Township Fire Department Rescue Unit for the 19-year-old man.
An OCSD deputy observed that the man was in pain and his leg was swollen. He was transported to POH in Pontiac by ambulance. A friend of the man took the dirt bike back to his Crediton home.
