The Oxford varsity competitive cheer team took home their first 1st Place win of the season this past weekend.
The girls competed at Fenton, and ended with a 185 in their first round, 190.7 in their second and 280.5 in their third.
On Monday, the girls traveled to Stoney Creek for a rescheduled competition, where they also finished first.
Their round one score was 178.5, round two was 182 and three was 277.5.
‘It was not our best day,? Coach Alanna Stockley said. ‘But it was great to have two first place wins in a row.?
Those first place wins are sure to be good practice for the girls? regional competition at Oxford on March 3.
