The positions of president and president pro tem weren’t the only roles decided at last week’s Village Council meeting.
By way of Village Ordinances, new board president, Robert Reetz, will serve as a council representative on both the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) board and Planning Commission.
Newcomer, and new president pro tem, David Churchill will fill one of two positions on the Orion Community Cable Communications Commission. The village is required to have two council members serve on this board, and will look to fill the remaining vacant position at their next meeting on Oct. 9.
Member Mike Toth has been reappointed to his position as council representative on the Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee.
