Although many great talents were featured at last Friday’s Oxford High School talent show, it seems the drummers stole the show.
Winning the open category and the overall show were John Bivens and Ryan Smith for their Dueling Drummers performance. Each musician battled it out on two separate drum sets with their amazing skills.
The best vocal award went to Amanda Ryskamp. Her rendition of ‘Beautiful? got the crowd to pull out their cell phones and wave from side to side.
The band The Scarlet Crusade won for best band for their performance of ‘So Cold.? Bandmates included Geoffrey Weed, Scott Compau and Brad Crosson.
The show was hosted by Josef Krawciw, Andrew Klimbal, Chrissy Gentry, Karen Zmikly, Chelsea Landry and Chandler Macocha.
