Clarkston High School junior Adam Ehrenberger had six blocks in the net on Saturday with the Lake Orion Boys Varsity Water Polo team.
The combined team with athletes from Clarkston, Oxford and Lake Orion, won their away game at Mason on Saturday, 20-5.
The Dragons responded immediately with a goal on the first possession by Lake Orion junior Noah Watt and the game took off.
Ehrenberger was assisted by Lake Orion junior Nick Kadulski who stole the ball from the unsuspecting Bulldogs twice to return play to the Dragon offense.
The offensive battle was led by Clarkston senior Owen Brown with eight goals. Teammate Lake Orion senior Michael Pavelich with three goals. Scoring opportunities were realized for many Dragons with Noah Watt, and Lake Orion junior J. Watt, and sophomore Kaden Czar chipping in two a piece.
Lake Orion seniors Dane Herrick and Carter Brunni were joined by newcomer Lake Orion sophomore Evan Fox, each adding one goal.
The LOHS Girls Varsity Water Polo team defeated Troy United team in their first win of the season, 10-6.
The Dragon defense was led by Oxford goalie Ellie Olheiser, who had 15 saves. She was aided by Oxford senior Emily Geda and LO junior Dakota Guldi with two blocks a piece.
The Dragon offense was led by LO senior Emma Giem with an exceptional four goals and she was joined by LO juniors Madison Gordon and Jenna Manganello with two goals each. Geda also chipped in one. Junior Rose Corliss had two assists to aid the Dragon offense.
Both Dragon teams head to Birmingham Seaholm on Thursday.
