Pine Tree Elementary was packed with mothers last Friday as the first grade classes held a Mother’s Day Tea in honor of their mothers and grandmothers.
The students spent weeks perfecting a musical program that they presented to their mothers and grandmothers, along with creating special gifts to show their appreciation.
After being sung to, hugged and receiving some handcrafted presents, the mothers and their children were able to enjoy some sweet treats together and visit amongst themselves.
