POH Medical Center – Oxford will once again host their 17th Annual Project Healthy Living Fair last Friday.
Residents from all over northern Oakland County were able to get free and low-cost health screenings, which included EKG’s, Pulmonary Function Testing, blood pressure checks and podiatry. New this year were free prostate exams offered by Oakland County Urologists.
Woman’s Health Care Associates of Lake Orion taught how to do self-breast exams and performed mammograms.
Project Healthy Living is a community effort between WXYZ-TV 7 and United Health Organization.
