Students at Clear Lake Elementary spent Friday learning how to engage in positive conflict resolution.
Ventriloquist and motivational speaker Richard Paul spoke to the students about controlling their anger and to stop and think before reacting. Two simple words summed up much of his message ? ‘Walk away.?
His puppet Ned also taught the kids about respecting other people’s choices, good manners, kindness, forgiveness, honesty, character skills and success skills.
