Lake Orion High School is at it again with another sidesplitting comedy — or is it?
Old friends are called to the extravagant home of Elsa Von Grossenkneuten, trying to get a musical off the ground and onto Broadway.
Only one problem…thunder crashes, lights out…Who’s dead?
Secret passages, a drunk, a lovesick puppy make us ask the question, “who are they really?” A mysterious and edge of your seat atmosphere makes The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 a must see show of the season.
This show parodies the more corny aspects of 1940s Hollywood mysteries.
Performances of The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 take place Nov. 21 and 22, 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $8/adult; $6/students/senior citizens.
Tickets may be obtained at the LO Performing Art Center’s ticket booth, located in the front lobby of the high school. Tickets are also available at the door on performance nights.
