Making the cut for Children’s Leukemia Foundation

In a day described as ‘absolutely phenomenal? by Glitz Salon owner Cherie Barnett, Glitz Salon’s annual Cut-A-Thon raised over $22,500 to benefit the Children’s Leukemia Foundation (CLF).
The salon cut over 600 heads of hair, with haircuts being offered at $15 a piece, plus over 100 ‘princesses? had their hair styled into princess up-dos.
The event also featured a silent auction, raffles, inflatable games, music and dancing, treats and photo opportunities with famous princesses.
Glitz is still taking donations for the CLF, and if you would like to donate, you can take a check (made out to Children’s Leukemia Foundation or CLF) to any Glitz Salon location.
