The Goodrich girls varsity basketball team stopped Lakeville on Dec. 13 with a 53-29 win. Kortni Elseworth and Lyndsay Bergquist both scored ten points. Brittany Bertrand also contributed seven points, six steals, and five assists. Alisha Fischer also had six steals for the Martians. The girls record is now 3-1, and 2-0 for the Genesee Area Conference. The Martians will play at Bendle High School at 3 p.m. on Jan.5.
