Morris B. “Marty” Woodward went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 13, 2017, at age 75.
He was loving husband of Patricia “Pat”; step father of Lydia (Matthew) Sherwood Walther; father of Christopher (Cathleen), Alexander, Gregory and Stephanie (Rudy) Castano; proud grandpa of Thisbe, Violet, Jacob, Grace,

Isabella, Will, Felicia and Lily ; brother of Miriam Shay, Dennis Woodward, William ”Billy” (Laurel) Woodward, Susie (Greg) Sayles; brother in law of Paul (Lisa) Wagner and Matthew Wagner.
Marty served his country in the US Air Force. Following retirement from General Motors in skilled trades, Marty fulfilled his lifetime dream of obtaining a Master’s Degree in Pastoral and Clinical Counseling. He was affiliated with Teen Challenge for over 20 years. He loved his church family, golfing, spending time with the grandchildren and was a friend of Bill W for over 27 years.
Friends may visit Friday, June 16, 3-5 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston. Funeral Service Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Davison Assembly of God 1234 S. Gale Rd. Davison, where friends may visit Saturday after 11 a.m.
