City of the Village of Clarkston residents’ winter tax bills are due Friday, Feb. 14. City offices are normally closed on Fridays, but will be open on Feb. 14 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. to assist residents and business owners, said City Manager Jonathan Smith.
