NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular meeting at 6:00 p.m., on May 4, 2021, at the Township Hall located at 6483 Waldon Center Drive, Independence, MI 48346, the Charter Township of Independence Board of Trustees approved the second reading and adoption of a Zoning Ordinance and Map Amendment summarized as: Rezoning: The approximately 20.4 acres of real property legally described as:

Having Parcel Identification No.: 08-25-200-038; more commonly known as: 4590 Maybee Road
from PRO/R-1A Planned Rezoning Overlay to R-1B Suburban Residential located on the north side of Maybee Road, east of Clintonville Road, as shown below. A true copy of the rezoning ordinance can be inspected or obtained at the office of the Township Clerk at the above address during regular office hours.
