Randy Purol, Scott Gobrogge, Jason Schneider, and Mary Williams finished the “Boston” marathon 2020 virtual edition last weekend.
The Clarkston Wolfpack running group, which meets in Depot Park every Saturday morning, came together for the event.
Water stops were mapped and manned roughly every four miles along the course whole looped all over Clarkston and even down to Auburn Hills.
Wolfpack member David Dearing had signs at all the water stops with encouraging messages and names of the towns they would have run through on the Boston route.
Various members of the running group jumped in to join the marathons for segments of the run.
