2. Case 22-022, Shane & Courtni Denton, Petitioner, Requesting: A 30 front setback variance in order to permit construction of a new home on a newly split lot, Southwest corner of Church St. & Hillside Dr., Part of Parcel #08-20-356-013, R-1A Single Family Residential.
3. Case 22-023, William Leach, Petitioner, Requesting: A 20 square foot variance from Section 5.06(A)(3), Table 5.06-1 in order to construct a new accessory building, 4640 Sashabaw Rd., Parcel #08-34-454-021, R-1A Single Family Residential.
