1. Case #22-024, Jeff Haring, Petitioner, Requesting: A 7 foot variance from Section 4(D), Table 4.06, in order to construct an addition outside of the building envelope, 5557 Aderstone Dr., Parcel #08-28-451-003, PUD Planned Unit Development.
2. Case #22-025, Richard Kielbasa, Petitioner, Requesting: A variance from Section 12.09(B) to permit replacement of the existing sign to allow face changes and keep existing height and area, 8080 Ortonville Rd., Parcel #08-17-401-033, OS-1 Office Service One.
3. Case #22-026, Brian Schonmeier, Petitioner, Requesting: Two (2) total variances, 1) A variance from Section 5.06(A)(4) for placement of an accessory structure in front of a principle structure and, 2) A 12.5 foot variance from Section 5.06(A)(4), Table 5.06-2, both in order to construct a detached garage, 9639 Klais Rd., Parcel #08-01-477-001, R-1A Single Family Residential.
