NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION
OF SURPLUS SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUNDS ALLOCATION
FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO CLARKSTON MILL PONDS

TAKE NOTICE that the Clarkston Mill Ponds Lake Improvement Board has confirmed the approval of the use of surplus special assessment funds collected in the not-to-exceed amount of $5,600.00 to pay for the grant match required as part of the Dam Risk Reduction Grant, if awarded, for improvements to Clarkston Mill Ponds. Said Special Assessment funds reallocated are final and conclusive unless attacked in a court of competent jurisdiction within 30 days of this notice. This notice is being published pursuant to Part 309 of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, PA 451 of 1994, as amended.
