NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF PRACTICABILITY
FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO CLARKSTON MILL PONDS

Notice is hereby given that at a Public Hearing held on February 28, 2023, the Lake Improvement Board for the Clarkston Mill Ponds, by resolution, determined that the approval of a 2023 budget amendment to include the addition of a line item in the not-to-exceed amount of $5,600.00 to fund a portion of the match required for a Dam Risk Reduction Grant from the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE), if awarded, was practicable.
This Notice of Determination is sent pursuant to the provisions of Act 451 of the Public Acts of 1994, as amended, Part 309.
