Case #23-010, Barbat BP LLC, Petitioner, Requesting: Two (2) total variances; 1) A 38 foot front yard setback variance to Sashabaw Rd. and, 2) A 21.7 foot front yard setback variance to from Waldon Rd., both from section 9.04(E)(A)(3), in order to construct a new convenience store, 6480 Sashabaw Rd., Parcel #08-27-201-013, MS Motor Vehicle Service Station (Sashabaw Town Center Overlay District).
