1. Board of Trustees Regular Meeting Minutes of August 22, 2023
2. August 29, 2023 Check Run Including ACH ($653,922.83) and Ratify the August 18, 2023 Payroll ($368,231.41)
3. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-018: 2024 Board of Trustees Regular Meeting Schedule

The following motions were made and passed:

APPROVE: Municipal Credit and Community Credit Contract for FY2022 for participation in the Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) program with a Service Times language change from Township offices to Senior Center

APPROVE: 2023 Budget Amendment #29 as presented – Remove Safety Path Project that will not be completed in 2023

APPOINT: Board and Committee Member to the Planning Commission – Jason Borsheim with a term ending December 31, 2025

APPOINT: Board and Committee Members to the DDA – Kendal Petzold with a term ending December 31, 2023 and Gus Zetouna with a term ending December 31, 2025
