06 25 2018 Minutes
Call to Order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance. Roll Call: Catallo, Detkowski, Haven, Reynolds, Wylie, Present. Mayor Percival, Kneisc, Absent. Approval of Agenda: Motion by Wylie, Seconded by Detkowski, to approve the agenda, with a change to move Traffic Control after Sheriff Report and add Budget Amendment under New Business. Motion Carried.Sheriff Report: Lieutenant Perry presented May Report.
Motion by Detkowski, Seconded by Wylie, to table the Traffic Control Order for Holcomb until more information is available. Motion Carried. Consent Agenda: Motion by Detkowski, Seconded by Catallo, to approve a change to the Minutes 05 29 2018, and Draft Minutes 06 11 2018. Treasurer Report ending 05 31 18. Motion Carried.
Motion by Wylie, Seconded by Detkowski, to change the agenda to add a motion to sign inter local agreement. Motion Carried. Motion by Wylie, Seconded by Catallo, to approve permission to enter into the Inter Local Agreement with Independence Township regarding to the Safety path extension from Miller to City Limit, along with snow removal in front of 177 N Main, until the current resident moves from the house. Motion Carried.
Motion by Wylie, Seconded by Detkowski, to change the agenda to add a motion to approve and market a Go Fund Me Page for Friends of Depot Park. All Yes, Motion Carried. Motion by Wylie, Seconded by Detkowski, to approve the concept, put in place a Go Fund Me Page for Friends of Depot Park, along with a future marketing of a phase plan for Depot Park. Motion Carried.
Motion by Wylie, Seconded by Detkowski, to change the agenda to add a motion to approve a memo of understanding with Chamber of Commerce. All Yes, Motion Carried. Motion by Catallo, Seconded by Wylie, to approve the memo of understanding with Chamber of Commerce in regards to Concerts in the Park and Taste of Clarkston from 2018 thru 2023. Motion Carried.
Resolved by Catallo, Seconded by Wylie, to approve a Budget Amendment in the amount of $9,300.00. Resolution is Adopted. Motion by Wylie, Supported by Reynolds to adjourn at 8:54 PM. Motion Carried.
