“I would like to congratulate all of our athletes,” said Clarkston Athletic Director Jeff Kosin. “I would like to say it’s been four years but we all know it started before those four years. It really starts before they get to us.”
He shared seven percent of high school student-athletes will go on to play at the college level.
“Of that two percent will play Division 1 sports somewhere,” Kosin added. “These who stand before you have that one more mentality. They have always had that. This is a huge day for us in Clarkston. I love hanging banners for titles but to me this is bigger to recognize our kids. This is a celebration of our kids and their accomplishments.” ~WP
