06 10 2019 Minutes

Call to Order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance. Roll Call: Mayor Haven, Wylie, Reynolds, Marsh, Avery, Catallo, Kneisc, All Present. Approval of Agenda: Motion by Wylie Seconded by Avery to approve the agenda. All Yes, Motion Carried.

FYI: Public Notice for Nominating Petitions are available at the City Office for pick up.

Consent Agenda: Motion by Wylie Seconded by Marsh to approve the Treasurer Report ending 04 30 2019 and Minutes 05 13 2019 and 05 28 2019, All Yes, Motion Carried.

Public Hearing on the 2019-2020 City Budget Meeting opened at 7:30 and closed at 7:36.

Resolved by Wylie Seconded by Reynolds to appoint Jennifer Speagle as the new City Clerk effective June 21, 2019. Resolution is Adopted.

Resolved by Wylie Seconded by Kneisc to approve North Oakland Bowties Car Club to use Depot Park on Saturday after noon July 27, 2019 free of Charge. Planning Commission reviewed and recommended the $250.00 be waived on 06 03 2019. Resolution is Adopted.

Motion by Avery Seconded by Marsh to approve Mosquito Joes spray treatment before Concerts in the Park at no charge to the City.  Motion failed.

Resolved by Wylie Seconded by Marsh to approve a contract with IT Right with a one time cost of $7,377.00 and $250.00 per month as of July 1, 2019. Resolution is Adopted.

Resolved by Wylie Seconded by Avery to approve payment to Italia for sidewalk replacement in the amount of $29,216.47.  Resolution is Adopted.

Resolved by Reynolds Seconded by Wylie to approve Budget Amendments in the amount of $17,774.00. Resolution is Adopted.

Motion by Avery Seconded by Wylie to adjourn at 9:10 PM. All Yes, Motion Carried.
