A duck family (11 ducklings) were spotted at Sashabaw Middle School on June 8, right in front of the school by the main office windows, trying to get back to the pond area in the middle of the school. A group of staff collected all of them. Parents of SMS art teacher Megan Lipke (pictured holding the mother duck) live on a lake in Clarkston and Lipke took them there to be released.
