On Sept. 29, the Brandon Equestrian team placed second in Regionals at the Corunna Fair Grounds. The team was 14 points behind Grosse IIe, who took first. Jessica Nelson, the team captain, won in the showmanship and speed classes. Celina Prince won in the jumping and western riding classes. The girls will be going to the championship in Midland from Oct. 11 until Oct. 14.
