Carol Egbo-Bacak will present research to the Clarkston Area Genealogy Society at its April 21 meeting at the Clarkston Independence District Library at 10:15 a.m.
The topic is “What does the research and oral story telling say about the underground railroad in northern Oakland County before the Civil War.”
MsEgbo-Bacak is the Oakland County Parks historian and has presented historic information on the early days of Oakland County. The public is welcome to attend.
While there is no charge, donations are always welcome.
