The Kirk Gibson Foundation presented four scholarships to local students at Waterford Bank, N.A.’s Clarkston office, May 24. Gibson, the former Detroit Tigers baseball star, personally met with the students to award them each $2,500 in scholarship funds. Recipients will use their scholarships to pursue their passion in athletics and the arts on their college campuses this fall.
