DETROIT — Goyette Mechanical has announced they have been awarded the 2023 Detroit Free Press Top Workplace Award.
Top Workplace recipients are selected based upon a third-party employee survey that measures company culture and employee satisfaction through a variety of benchmarks.
Employees are asked to gauge such criteria as professional development opportunities, work-life balance, compensation and benefits, and employee morale.
This is Goyette Mechanical’s first time to receive the distinction as a Top Workplace, a nationally recognized program that is regionally highlighted in Michigan through the Detroit Free Press award.
