Case #16-009, Petitioner, John & Tisha King, Requesting: Two total (2) variances, 1) A variance from Section 5.06(A)(4) for placement of an accessory structure in front of the principal structure and, 2) A 5.2 foot height variance from Section 5.06(A)(4), Table 5.06-2, both in order to construct an accessory building, 8781 Pine Knob Rd., Parcel #08-10-476-001, R-1R Rural Residential.
2. Case #16-010, Petitioner, Michael Smitha, Requesting: Two total (2) variances, 1) A 12.88 foot front yard variance and, 2) A 22.16 foot rear yard variance, both from Section 4.06(D), Table 4.06 in order to construct a new single family home, South side of Algonquin, west of Eston Road, Parcel #08-12-304-015, R-1A Single Family Residential.
