Back on December 3, Everest middle school boys were recognized for having achieved the necessary requirements to advance to the rank of herald in Everest’s Knights of the Altar program, a program designed to help students internalize the Catholic formation they receive by enabling them to participate in the liturgy as altar servers and develop a personal prayer life that will help them form life-long habits. Students progress through levels from herald to squire to knight by achieving goals of service and knowledge. Photo provided by Mary Williams
