Clarkston city planner Carlisle Wortman was tasked with preparing a comprehensive Capital Improvement Plan for the city, May 13.
City Council voted unanimously to authorize up to $4,000 for the work. The money will be paid from the Planner Fees budget, which currently has $6,915 in it. The plan would list large projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, sewer systems, parks, and parking, as well as major equipment purchases over the next several years.
