Clarkston’s paid-parking net revenue for May was $5,528, a six percent increase over April, said City Manager Jonathan Smith.
A total of 2,379 vehicles paid for parking in the Washington and Main municipal lot, a 35 percent increase from April. A total of 205 citations were issued in May, a 32 percent increase from April, Smith said.
The net revenue includes a one-time cost to convert the kiosk from solar power to electricity. A full parking report is available upon request, he said.
