2. Case #23-009, Adam Griffith, Petitioner, Requesting: A 20 square foot variance from Section 5.06(A)(3), Table 5.06-1, both in order to construct a new accessory structure, 5109 Drayton Rd., Parcel #08-34-127-057, R-1A Single Family Residential.
