   2. Case #23-012, Mike Powers, Petitioner, Requesting: A 59.75 square foot variance from Section 12.05, Table 12.05 B-1 in order to construct a new wall sign on Mt. Zion, 4900 Maybee Rd., Parcel #08-36-126-006, R-1A Single Family Residential.
   3. Case #23-013, Dean Borso, Petitioner, Requesting: A 7 foot variance from Section 4.06(D), Table 4.06 in order to permit an addition already constructed on the home, 6651 Clintonville Rd., Parcel #08-23-476-036, R-1A Single Family Residential.
   4.
