   3. Case #24-002, Thomas Ronk, Petitioner, Requesting: A 25 foot side yard variance from Section 5.06(A)(4), Table 5.06-2 in order to construct a new accessory structure, 10190 Ellis Rd., Parcel #08-06-100-016, R-1R Rural Residential.
