Nine-year-old Carter Craven had a once-in-a lifetime experience during the Michigan Youth Hunt over the weekend of Sept. 9. He was invited by a family friend, Tim Mann, to come hunt on his Ortonville property. Supporting Craven was his dad Lance Craven, papa Bob Hughes, and Mann. Craven spotted an eight-point buck in the woods that evening and took the shot with his 350 Legend, his first deer. It was an amazing experience and memory that he will always remember. Craven is grateful for the chance to have been able to hunt on Mann’s property and for the whole experience. Photo: Provided by Nicole Craven
