Waterford Bank announced last week that Robert Grant, the bank’s executive vice president, retired at the end of June, with Guy Rau hired as the new executive vice president for the bank.
The retirement and transition had been planned for the past year.
Rau joins the bank with more than 30 years of lending experience in the industry. He currently lives in Grosse Pointe Farms and is originally from Warren.
