Last Friday, April 29, around the noon hour, a small car hauler exiting I-75 onto northbound M-15 took the corner too fast and flipped over.
The hauler had two cars on the top of the trailer when it flipped, and the vehicles leaked oil and gas onto the roadway.
No injuries were reported or observed, and the cleanup caused much of the delay, including the exit ramp and M-15 being closed at the scene of the accident.
The driver, a 40-year-old man from Portland, Mich., was cited for failing to use due care and caution.
