The next meeting of the Clarkston Area Backyard Birders Club is tonight, Feb. 22, from 6:30-8 p.m. at Wint Nature Center inside Independence Oaks County Park, 9501 Sashabaw Road.
The feature presentation is “The Vital New Role of the Suburban/Urban Garden,” a video from Dr. Douglas W. Tallamy.
Dr. Tallamy is not only a highly regarded expert, but he is a congenial and compelling speaker with a presentation chock full of outstanding photographs of birds, their food sources, and habitats.
