1. Approved Trustee Tom Stowell as chairman for the evening.
2. Approved agenda as amended.
3. Approved the minutes of the February 2, 2004 regular meeting as corrected.
4. Approved the minutes of the February 5, 2004 study session.
5. New Deputy Treasurer, Linda Cotton introduced and welcomed.
6.Approved the Traffic Improvement Association (TIA) membership renewal.
7. Approved the Summer Deferred Tax Extension (998).
8. Approvedthe Township’s regular bills.
9. Approved the Township’s pre-pays.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Regular Meeting
The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing October 22, 2014 at 7:30 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals.

Name: Thomas Deweerdt
Location: 3436 Hummer Lake Road
Request: Applicant request a side yard variance of 10 feet to construct an accessory building 15 feet from property line. Per 46-242 (1), Schedule of regulations 25 feet is required.
This meeting is open to all members of the public under Michigan’s Open Meeting Act.
