Guests enjoyed camaraderie and fellowship in their efforts to conserve and steward natural wetlands at the North Oakland Headwaters Land Conservancy’s (NOHLC) Butterfly Ball, Oct. 5 at the White Lake Oaks Country Club.
“It was obvious that the Wine Pull was a great success, selling out in less than an hour, and local comedian, Jason Douglas, entertained everyone until the end,” said Rebbecca Steketee, NOHLC outreach coordinator. “Most importantly, we were able to honor local photographer, John Meyland, and all that he’s done for NOHLC. Thank you to everyone who made this event possible and we can’t wait to see you next year!”
